Fw: transliteration

What form of transliteration to use is about as specific as answering how
many angels fit on a pin head. There are too many systems, depending on
your background and needs. In my period as a graduate student, I have used
at least four systems, depending on the whims of my professors at the
time.Generally speaking, I use the OCLC system if only because it works
with any typewriter.
