A request for native speakers of English

I am posting this request on behalf of Maria Dmytrieva, a colleague from
Kyiv. She is working on a comparative Ukrainian/Russian/English
sociolinguistic study, and is looking for educated native speakres of
English to fill out a short questionnaire. If you are willing to help her
