Natalia & colleagues,

East View Publications (Minneapolis, MN) does a big business in maps,
though they are often somewhat expensive.

Another firm, Russia-on-line (don't be fooled by the name, they do a lot in
print-on-paper) may be a better bet. They are based in Kensington, MD (near
Washington).
