Help with "Three Sisters"

You can hear echoes of this posture in the Kino song "General" (from the
album "46", 1984):

"Gde tvoi mundir, general,
Tvoi ordena, spina, kak struna."

The back is to be kept in a perfectly straight line, "like a string" held taut.
