When Tamara Volskaya attended and graduated from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory
in Kiev, it was still part of Russia.

I am apologizing to Seelangs for having to defend my integrity and knowledge
and to have to reply to such stupidity!  Ms. Efimenko already informed me of
my "mistake" off list.
