Отдавая дань исторической традиции уважения ратного труда, учитывая

23 февраля как день всех защитников Отечества и руководствуясь пунктом 7
статьи 114 Конституции Российской Федерации, Президиум Верховного Совета
Российской Федерации п о с т а н о в л я е т:

1. Установить 23 февраля знаменательным днем Российской Федерации - Днем
защитников Отечества...
