Columbia University's journal of Slavic Literatures and Cultures,
"Ulbandus," invites contributions to its June 2002 issue:  "Gogol from
the 21st Century: 160 years of Dead Souls."  The deadline for the
submission of manuscripts is October 31, 2001.  For more information,
