Russian Index corrected

Dear friends:

I recently upgraded to a new version of Linux and failed to see that it had
corrupted my Russian Index. I finally noticed it last night and have, I
think, cleaned up the mess. I sure hope it doesn't happen again, but it may.
So, If you see any problems, i.e. any pattern of weird of gibberish in the
text, please let me know.
