Hybrid/Online courses

Dear Colleagues,

Do you have any experience in teaching language courses (any language) Online and Hybrid courses? In your opinion, what are the advantages and the disadvantages of these courses? On what level the hybrid and online courses work the best?  What is the enrollment in these courses? What do students think about these courses?   Any help, commends, and suggestions would be appreciated. Please reply off-list.
