The conference will run from lunch on Monday, 16 September until lunch on 
Wednesday, 16 September.  Please tick whatever facilities you wish and 
fill in the sections of name, date, etc., then return the form as soon as 
possible to the address below, with payment made out to ‘Essays in 
Poetics', and in any event by 9 August 2002.  It would be of great 
assistance to us if the full amount could be paid in advance: all prices 
are in pounds sterling.  If you have received this electronically, it may 
be returned in the same way, or please print a copy and send back by post: 
cheques will obviously have to be sent by post in any 
event.
