Question on two wintry words

Вообще-то похоже на Оттепель. Именно о дорогах - "слЯкоть". Еще говорят:
"Дороги развезлО" - когда грязно и трудно ехать.

> -The word for frost that forms on a beard or on hair.

Кроме слова "сединА", в голову ничего не приходит. Легкая седина - это
"прОседь".
Заглавной буквой обозначаю ударную.
