Dorogie SEELANGovtsy,

Back in Intourist days all hotels had a Bjuro obsluzhivanija or
Servis-bjuro. Do either of those two expressions still exist for offices
within hotels offering travel and theater tickets? It's hard for me to
imagine such a servis bjuro in the Ramada, but what about other more
provincial places?
