Translation of Russian transcripts

You could try World Education Services (www.wes.org).
Some universities require their prospective graduate
students from foreign countries to have their transcripts/
diplomas evaluated by WES.
I had mine evaluated by WES as well.
They do it for educational and employment purposes, and
you can choose a short or a long version evaluation.
They will also determine the US degree equivalent.
