A BIG thank you to all you SEELANGERS!!! I tried some of your suggestions
and found that by using the Distiller and not the Acrobat as the "print
to" destination, and by embedding the fonts at that point, I was able to
preserve the necessary diacritics. I think I'm on the right track now.
Thank you again for all the expert help.
