Unicode Russian input

Dear SEELANG'ers,

A couple of technical questions:

Do any of you know of a way to input Unicode Russian (utf-8, NOT
KOI-8 or CP-1251) into text fields in a browser window?  Do the new
Mozilla web browsers (both Netscape 7 and Mozilla 1.1) help with this
in any way?
