Russian literature question

In Russia last spring I picked up a new (2001) collection of poems,
"Vremia 'CH': Stikhi o Chechne i ne tol'ko," poems, poemas on
contemporary war and Chechnia by about 50 different authors.  Published
by Novoe lit. obozrenia in Moscow.
