RGALI publication permissions

Dear Seelangers,
   I am hoping to photocopy a document that is in RGALI and to publish it in the U.S. I do not know, however, what is involved/how much it costs to get publication permission from the archive. If anyone has experience in this area, I would appreciate hearing from you off list--or on, if you think others would be interested.
