About Announcements on SEELANGS

To clarify: in what was quoted below in Leslie Farmer's post below, the part
in English was written by Uladzimir Katkouski, quoting the offensive message
sent him off-list by Lotoshko.  The Russian part, here miscoded into
gibberish, was written by Lotoshko himself.  In other words, it was not
Lotoshko but Katkouski who has dug up the troll.
