*Krytyka* is available at Harvard University and at the University of Alberta.
Besides being an excellent review of books, it is among the most sophisticated
Ukrainian journals of cultural and social political critique.   (I
have no relationship
to its editor/s, and thus feel comfortable recommending it.)
