Minsk Russian program, thoughts?

I don't know if there are concrete studies or data about that. I
remember seeing an article several months ago on naviny.by or some other
news site that said that Minsk was one of the safest capitals in Eastern
Europe, I think second after Bratislava. But, please, double check that.
Over all, Belarus is quite safer and quieter than Russia. But, I guess,
not as safe as Baltic states.
As for that school, I can't say anything, because I don't know it. Btw,
it's a pity that they don't offer Belarusan. :/
