Minsk Russian program, thoughts?

i recently lived in Minsk for several months and felt completely
safe...there are lots of stories that people like to tell about
disappearances, but for the most part disappearances seem to occur among
the political crowd.  i was a student at minks state linguistic univ and
had an excellent experience in Minsk.
