Communications as a major in Russia?

Dear SEELANGStsy,

Does anyone know whether anything like the American communication(s) major
is taught in Russian universities, and if so, 1) what it the spetsial¹nost¹
called in Russian, and 2) what are the leading university (universities) in
this field?
