Translation Help Please

Hello, I am trying to approximate a translation of Sasha Chernyi's poem
"???????? " from his first book of poems entitled Satires.

I cannot for the life of me translate from the russian the last short line
of the first stanza (below). Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in
advance!
