Russian study programs in Ukraine?

Dear SEELANGStsy,

A politically incorrect question, perhaps, but I dare inquire, anyway: can
anyone recommend a semester study abroad program in Ukraine where one can
study Russian language? (A student of mine with Russian-speaking Ukrainian
relatives would like to know.)
