Question on a recent Russian film

A colleague is seeking to find a copy on VHS or preferably
on DVD of a film supposedly entitled Romanovs: The Imperial
Family by Gleb Panfilov.  I have checked Facets and Amazon
for this film but to no avail.  Would someone have further
information or suggestions?  Thanks--Jerry Sabo.
