is located in Frankfurt, Germany, but the books are shipped directly -- and
quickly! -- from Moscow and Petersburg.  http://www.esterum.com

The owner, Leonid Mejibovski, is knowledgeable about books and very
helpful.  On several occasions he has located books for me that were not
listed on the website.
