This is an exaggeration.  A crowd supporting Iushchenko stormed the
Verkhovna Rada, and it was pushed back.  

Those who listen to the speeches on Maidan Nezalezhnosti are aware that the
opposition's position remains one of civil disobedience and non-violent
resistance.
