making Cyrillic look like Cyrillic

Bob,

The Cyrillic text in the excerpt you forwarded has been converted to
HTML Unicode entities.  If you rename the text file to .html and open
it in a web browser, you ought to see the Cyrillic text.  If you then
copy it into another program like Word you should be in good shape.
