Kataev's Werther

"Uzhe napisan Verter" is a quote from from _Razryv_, a poem by Pasternak
(published in _Temy i Variatsii_, 1923). Kataev's novel appeared in _Novyy
Mir_ in 1980, which is now hard to believe.
