children's literature query

 I will be teaching  a class to  elementary andsecondary teachers this
fall.   While instructing them in how to incorporate  English language
instruction into content areas for ESOL students and knowing we have
students from Ukraine, I would like to demonstrate  or share bilingual
books.   I would appreciate any help or leads you could give me.  Do
you know any scholars/teachers who are developing materials which can
help teachers who are working with children from slavic and Eastern
