The incumbent of this position will work a flextime work schedule.

DUTIES:

Analyzes incoming information in multiple languages, in both printed and electronic form; works under the supervision of Executive Director and program managers to distribute essential information and to coordinate work flow internationally.

Supports senior managers in the administration and management of Open World Program by developing and implementing program coordination through intranet, conference calls, video conferences, and written material such as newsletters. Defines administrative requirements to manage and track program information and related documents (both analog and electronic).

Gathers, reviews, and analyzes complex and multi-lingual information in both printed and electronic form to manage the information and work flow of the Open World Leadership Center. Applies language and organizational skills to the management of information and work flow for large international exchange program with employees and contract partners both in the U. S. and abroad (Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia).

Reviews and distributes non-English language correspondence for
translation as needed; coordinates response with program managers and center secretaries; coordinates international flow of information and correspondence with partner Embassy staff. Prepares responses to complex information requests, including from high level officials in the U. S. and abroad. Organizes and manages complex information files (traditional, intranet, and electronic) to track and manage programmatic and financial
data.

Provides administrative coordination for program logistics including meetings, special events, conferences, international and domestic travel, and office re-location.
