A dictionary of Russian collocations sought

Dear SEELANGers.

I am looking for dictionaries of Russian collocations. I have found two dictionaries: 
(1) Mel'chuk's "Tolkovo-kombinatornyj slovar' sovremennogo russkogo jazyka"
(2) Iordanskaya's "A Russian-English Collocational Dictionary of the Human Body"

Does anyone have reference information about other Russian collocation dictionaries? For example, Russian-English, English-Russia, Russian-German, G-R, French-Russian, etc.
