A Question on a Dostoevsky Conference

Dear Seelangers,

I recall hearing from a Russian colleague about a
Dostoevsky Conference that is held every year in
Staraya Russa.  I would like to know more about this
conference, but cannot find anything on the web that
describes the conference in adequate detail (I saw one
sight on the Dostoevsky Memorial Museum that merely
mentions the conference, but gives no details).

If anyone knows anything about this conference or an
e-mail address where I could find more information, I
would be most grateful.
