Dear Colleagues,
 
I'm going to be in Moscow later in the month, and I'd like to hear from
colleagues who have been there this summer about how you have handled
money matters.  Have you brought cash that you changed at exchanges into
roubles, or have you used bank machines?  If the latter, which ones do
you especially recommend?
