Dear Carol,
Good to hear from you, but I am mystified by the content of your grateful 
note. I'm currently writing Bulgarian learning materials for 
English-speakers, but since editing the Blackwell's big Russian Grammar by 
Terry Wade, have not produced any Russian materials. Are you confusing me 
with another Michael?
