New homophonic keyboard

Alas, this doesn't work for me.  When I click on russianq I get the message:
Oshibka chtenija iz fajla  C:\Docume.......\Temp\Temporary Directory 2 for 
russianq.zip\i386\russianq.dll.  Prover'te, chto fajl sushchestvuet
i dostupen.  It can't seem to locate a needed file.
As you can see from how I am writing the Russian, I am desperate for ANY 
homophonic keyboard for my XP, EITHER Word 2000 or 2003 (I
have both installed.)   HELP!
