Query re translation rate

I am wondering whether my colleagues could tell me what they consider a
reasonable fee (per page or total) for translating a manuscript on political
philosophy that requires a fairly nuanced knowledge of the author's
vocabulary-that is, a familiarity with his work and conceptual apparatus.
He is widely known, but the work requires attention to stylistic
consistency.  The manuscript is (double-spaced, twelve font) eleven pages;
2439 words.
