New homophonic keyboard

I have put together a new keyboard driver for Windows XP/NT which
follows the letter positions of the AATSEEL homophonic student
keyboard.  The keyboard also has a combining acute accent
assigned to the slash (solidus) key for ease in adding stress
marks to texts.  It is available at
