Ordering English books in Moscow

Dear Seelangers,

I'm looking to get my hands on a specific English-language title ("Agee on 
Film: Vol 1") but have little experience tracking down books in Moscow. I've 
visited several bookstores here, to no avail. I wish to know what would be the 
easiest and most cost-effective way to order the said title. Does anyone have 
any experience with Amazon.com overseas, or other suggestions, such as web-
based Russian stores, to avoid costly overseas shipping rates? As well, is it 
possible to order books from Moscow bookstores and, if so, are Moscow 
bookstores generally reliable (a few of the book vendours I spoke to weren't 
particularly well-informed)?  

Any help or advice anyone has with regards to the above questions is greatly
