Your opinion is needed

Dear Genevra:
The stress mark is familiar to students, so stick with it.
The trouble with bold face, besides the mottled appearance
it gives to the page, is that it confronts you with the
problem, What is being stressed? With _voda_, it's the
whole second syllable. With just one consonant, it's not a
problem. But with consonant clusters it gets more
complicated. With _sestra_, is the second syllable _-tra_
or _-stra_? Stick with _sestr'a_.
