The Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures at Princeton University 
invites applications for an entry-level tenure-track position in the area 
of Soviet-era Russian literature and culture. A strong secondary 
competence in a Central European Slavic language and literature 
(preferably Polish) is highly desirable. The position will begin in the 
2006-07 academic year. Applicants should send cv, transcript, three 
letters of recommendation, and a writing sample by Nov. 1 to Professor
