Uvazhaemie SEELANGtsy!

I think "The Cult of Stalin" would be appropriate. The word implies strong
feelings on both sides of an issue. I am not trying to suggest that the
monster should be celebrated; however, I think the issue of ambivalence
deserves attention. The guy did help defeat Hitler; perhaps one paranoid
sociopath is best equipped to quash another. The lesser of two evils,
perhaps? Maybe that's pushing it. 

I wasn't able to access the website either. Suggestions?
