grant funding for translations

Dear Colleagues:
  Please, bear with me: I am sure this topic has come up on this list-serve before, but I can't search the archives from my computer, hence I am forced to rely on your good will with my question.
   
  I am looking for a grant to translate/publish a fiction book from Russian. I am aware and will be using the traditional sources of funding for such ventures, such as the NEA. What I am looking for is perhaps referrals to some out-of-the-way funding opportunities that a search for "translation grant funding" would not turn up.

  P.S. I'm also shopping for Ukrainian translation funding, but the Russian is more important.
