new visa rules

Dear SEELANGERS,

In case any of you are planning travel to Russia any time soon, I 
hope you know of the new visa rules: your passport has to be valid 21 
months (yes, that's twenty-one months) after the date of your visit. 
This may cause some scrambling for summer travelers....
