Hazing in the Russian army

There is a discussion about dedovshchina in Kommersant"-Vlast':

In the course of this discussion the film director Tigran Keosajan states that his first film 'Solnechnyj bereg' is on this precise subject.  Unfortunately I haven't seen the film and don't know how easy it would be to find a copy.
