is "Harupnik" a whip like "Kanchuk" & "Nahajka" ?

Thank you everybody for pointing out the finer details of
Konchuk and Nahajka ( human use verus horse use)

Now, next:  is "harupnik" also a whip similar to Konchuk?
The German-Russians recall their childhood punishments.
