The 2006 Forum (and pre-conference events) will celebrate the achievements
of book arts, culture and the media in Russia, East Europe and Eurasia, and
discuss political challenges. It will also probe access mechanisms and
research approaches facilitated by technology. International experts will
join younger practitioners in providing a comprehensive overview of the field.
