Two forms of this name exist: Artemii and Artiom (I'm following the
phonetics here, to emphasize the difference. Of course, you'd Latinize
it as Artem). Hence two patronymics: Artem'evich from Artemii, and
Artemovich/Artiomovich for Artem. Same as Zakhar'evich (Zakharii) and
Zakharovich (Zakhar).
