A person interested in Russian programs on-line tried (as
she claims) to subscribe, but failed.

Please answer her question:

mainly practical tutorials focusing on dialogue. Can anyone

direct me to
such programs?

I am also residing in Chicago. Are there any language labs 
at local
universities that I might also take advantage of?
