Course: Intensive simultaneous conference interpreting

Dear helpful Seelangers,

My colleague (MA Russian language and several interpreting and translation
courses behind him in Canada) has asked me to find him an intensive
course in Russia: Simultaneous interpreting (mainly for conference
purposes) English>Russian, of course.

Could you very kindly recommend any institutions that run such 
courses?
